Send up to 10 support tickets for $97 each month with our basic plan. Support tickets are for basic questions and quick answers which do not require us to log into your site. If you need more help (or if we need to log into your site and perform any work), extra support time will be billed at a discounted rate of $60 per hour.
Get 10 hours of support work and email communications for $500 each month. These hours can be used for any site maintenance, theme upgrades, security scans, and more. If you need help beyond the scope of the 10 hours, those will be billed at a discounted rate of $60 per hour.
Please note that all plans are month to month, and you have the ability to cancel at any time.
