    Phase 1

    – Rebrand Cloak Network Apple and Google Mobile Apps 

    – Rebrand Cloak Network Mac and Windows App 

    Phase 2

    – Setup Network across AWS, DigitalOcean, for dVPN,

    – Setup Decentrailized App across a single mainnet

    – Optimize Network for cost and speed and reliablity.

    Phase 3

    – Test all apps and ensure branding and functionality are working and will be approved in the main stores. Continue this cycle until all good. 


    – Release Beta at any time the network and rebrand is available for all apps. 

    – Get Apple App in Apple Store 

    – Get Google in Play Store

    – Get Mac App in the Apple Store

    – Get Microsoft App in the Microsoft Store 

    -I Any help needed with the website updates that are needed to get the apps approved.

    Phase 1 and 2 will happen at the same time as two different groups will be doing it.  Once done we can release Beta. and work on getting the apps approved in the app stores.  


    Things Cloak need to supply

    Provide Access to the Apple Store, Google Play Store,  and Microsoft App Store.  All three accounts you will need to setup and add me as a user. 

    Provide access to an AWS and or Digital Ocean account.  We might be able to do it all from AWS but we will talk about this with the Network team.

    Provide Access to Google Cloud account.  Delegated user.

    Provide Access to Update any terms that Google Apple and Microsoft might require.  

    Provide DNS access for Domains.  This can be in the same AWS account which probably should be.

    Make alchemy.com account for the decentralized nodes and we will create an app with API keys to use for the mainnet integrations 

    Provide all the source code from the original Apps and setup. 

    Terms

    50% down.   50% once Apps have been submitted to the App Stores.  

    Timeline 

    10 working days from the time we get the Source Code. 2 weeks for delivery in total.  


    Phase 3 delivery is unknown but we will submit and it might take some time for the apps to get approved, however we can release the app to any users from non traditional distribution sources or the Stores Beta programs which is up to 10K users.
