Autopopulate Checkout for WooCommerce
Instructions
This plugin allows you to pass in query strings that will pre-populate the WooCommerce checkout for your customers.
You can add fields for billing and shipping, and set the incoming key to be whatever you need it to be for the corresponding WooCommerce field.
